💻𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗪𝗘𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗥: Wärmepumpe, Wallbox & Batteriespeicher: Was bedeutet die Neuregelung von §14a EnWG in der Praxis? Bis zum Jahr 2030 sollen in Deutschland 15 Mio. Elektrofahrzeuge und 6 Mio. Wärmepumpen ans Netz gehen. Um Überlastungen des Stromnetzes zu vermeiden, wurde mit der Regelung zu §14a EnWG seit diesem Jahr ein Notfallinstrument eingeführt. Die Umsetzung stellt Netzbetreiber, Lieferanten, Gerätehersteller und nicht zuletzt das Elektrohandwerk vor große Herausforderungen: Wie die neuen Regelungen technisch realisiert werden, welche Hürden bestehen und was zusätzlich ab 2025 gelten wird, diskutieren wir unter anderem mit juristischer Einschätzung von Anna von Bremen, LL.M., Partner der Kanzlei Osborne Clarke Germany, und einem Blick in die Praxis von Sebastian Mahlow, Geschäftsführer der ison GmbH.
