INDIA’S TRULY INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM FOOD & HOSPITALITY TRADE SHOW

Food & Hotel India (FHIn) is an annual congregation of food and hospitality experts to showcase the current and expected future dynamics of the industry. Held under the aegis of Informa Markets, FHIn kick started a revolutionary approach to food and hospitality fair in India with the successful launch of its first edition in 2018. In 2019 the show moved to a bigger and better place- Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Mumbai, keeping in mind the increasing demand from the exhibitor and visitors to scale the growth.

The expo was inaugurated by Guests of Honour Mr Anurag Katriar, President, NRAI. Other Guests of Honour included who included Mr. Param Kannampilli, Chairman and Managing Director Concept Hospitality; Special Guest Chef Manjit Singh Gill - Corporate Chef ITC & President IFCA; Mr. Thomas Shlitt, MD, Messe Dusseldorf India; Chef Vernon Cohelo – President WICA; Mr. Pankaj Shende, Senior Portfolio Director, Informa Markets in India and Mr. Abhijit Mukherji, Group Director, Informa Markets in India amongst an august gathering.

FHIn 2019 was marked by the presence of buyers that included major hotels, restaurants, catering companies. The expo attracted a lot of interest from the food retail sector that included food importers, distributors, modern traders, food eCommerce companies to source the right products. It helped International and Domestic brands to target the right audience and the rapid growing HORECA market.
