Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co Ltd (UBM Sinoexpo) is a professional joint-venture exhibition enterprise between Shanghai Sinoexpo International Exhibition Ltd (established in 1992) and UBM Asia Ltd, a division of UBM plc. based in London. Empowered with in-depth knowledge and expertise,our international team of professionals applies best practices in organising international exhibitions and conferences through our global network and collaboration with partners, including government bodies, trade associations/organisations and media. In 2013, UBM Sinoexpo has set up a new joint venture with Guzhen Town Government of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province to manage the operation of the China (Guzhen) International Lighting Fair and intended to make it into a super-sized trade event covering 1 million square meters. Our products and services cover six main sectors, namely HDD (Hotel, Shop, Building/Ceramics, Design/Deco, Lighting, Hotel Furniture and Fine Food/Coffee&Tea), Cleaning, Boating & Lifestyle, Ingredients (Pharmaceutical/Food), Furniture (Furniture/Manufacturing & Supply),Wine and Lighting Decorations. We have 54 international exhibitions with a total exhibition area of over 900,000 sqm, Our flagship events such as Furniture China, Hotelex Shanghai, CPhI China and the China International Boat Show have grown to be Asia’s leading trade events of their kinds, attracting mass attendance of exhibitors and visitors worldwide. Besides, we have eight B2B portals and five printed magazines, among this, is a B2B2C&O2O portal that combines four channels which included furniture, hotel, design & deco and leisure & boat, gathering over 7,000 exhibitors and several thousand million traders together. Based in Shanghai, UBM Sinoexpo also operates two regional offices in Beijing and Guangzhou in China.

UBM Sinoexpo follows the pace of the global trend in the exhibition industry through several innovations such as the concept of bringing "HDD" — Hotelex+Design & Deco; "Expo-Store" — which uses the concept of "one visit with multiple outcomes" by combining the exhibition venue with actual stores in town; and “Design Week”. Thereby effectively connecting the show and its activities with buyers, exhibitors, visitors and retailers.
