A full day of Veterinary CPD that explores the link between pain and behavioural medicine with lunch and refreshments included.
This one-day course will bring together specialists in neurology, pain management and behavioural medicine to explore the importance of each of these disciplines when managing pain related behavioural cases. Using a combination of lectures, break out group work and case histories. Delegates will consider the neurological basis of pain, the role of medication in pain management, the importance of physical therapies and the role of behavioural modification and medication to deal with the emotional basis of these cases.
