Remember that feeling of serendipity, when you bumped into someone new or found yourself engaged in a random, life-changing discussion? After five years of creating Europe’s biggest startup and tech event, VivaTech reaffirms the premise of in-person meetings and delivers on the promise of chance encounters. High-level decision makers and opinion leaders convene in Paris and connect online to discuss trends, forecast the future, and maximise business opportunities. The health and safety of our partners and visitors is VivaTech’s highest priority this year, and we are closely monitoring the local situation to make sure the event complies with the latest health guidelines.

The world all at once

The 24/7 VivaTech channel will stream specific programming for audiences in the US and Asia, and we’ll broadcast three live satellite events from iconic venues around the world. As in past editions, our 2021 VivaTech program features two important regional pillars: AfricaTech, focusing on building bridges with the African continent’s thriving tech ecosystems; and EuropaTech, cultivating the creation of homegrown tech champions in Europe.

Positive change through technology

Partnering with NGOs and not-for-profit organizations, VivaTech is proud to present special initiatives to promote diversity in tech and digital access for all. Our program tracks dedicated to Tech for the Environment, Tech for Society, Future of Work and Democracy & Ethics zoom in on how technology is helping us to address the most pressing global challenges. Meanwhile, VivaTech remains committed to becoming a carbon-neutral event.

Our online platform will feature replays of the fifth edition of VivaTech, but that’s not all. VivaTech is producing several web series with our partners to highlight promising entrepreneurs and the innovations that matter throughout the year.
