International Exhibition for Metalworking Technologies

The trade fair year 2024 had many surprises in store: for the first time in its history, the METAV could not take place as planned - the METAV went digital. In well over 200 web sessions, exhibitors showed live and user-oriented how their products and processes can solve real production problems.

In March 2022, the trade fair broke new ground and welcomed trade visitors purely virtually with 3D trade fair stands and a matchmaking platform for METAV digital. We are building on this experience and bringing together real and digital offerings for the hybrid METAV 2024.
