Japan, Asia, and the world are all facing demands to transform societies in a way that accommodates the “new normal.” A wave of change is sweeping through the consumer food environment, as well as the food industry that has ushered in the evolution of dining styles. As the world faces a turning point, we will launch a “restart” in 2025 and transform FOOMA JAPAN into a base for innovation. As part of its Open Innovation concept, FOOMA JAPAN 2025 has created a new Startup Zone. Startup will be exhibiting, which has been in business for less than nine years and are developing novel technology and ideas.
