Japan, Asia, and the world are all facing demands to transform societies in a way that accommodates the “new normal.” A wave of change is sweeping through the consumer food environment, as well as the food industry that has ushered in the evolution of dining styles. As the world faces a turning point, we will launch a “restart” in 2025 and transform FOOMA JAPAN into a base for innovation. We will also launch innovative projects that meet the demands of this new era and satisfy everyoneʼs expectations.
As part of its Open Innovation concept, FOOMA JAPAN 2025 has created a new Startup Zone. Startup will be exhibiting, which has been in business for less than nine years and are developing novel technology and ideas.
