Salon Du Chocolat Beirut 2022

The ninth edition of Beirut Cooking Festival and the sixth Salon du Chocolat Beirut will be taking place at Seaside Arena from 14 to 16 November. Celebrating the richest flavors and latest trends in gastronomy, the shows welcome chefs, experts and professionals who will share their passion for food, drink and lifestyle with more than 15,000 visitors.



Salon du Chocolat Beirut is being held concurrently with Beirut Cooking Festival for the sixth consecutive year. Over 60 stands will showcase the latest in chocolate, pastry and confectionery.



Fashion Show

Food and fashion join forces at the chocolate Fashion Show, where Lebanese designers and renowned pastry chefs will work hand in hand to create fabulous nature-inspired dresses made from chocolate. A dozen dresses will be revealed at the opening and put on display for public viewing.



Chocolate Sculpture Competition

Students from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (Alba) will battle it out to sculpt the most impressive nature-themed work of art from a single block of chocolate.



Cake Design Competition

The creative skills of amateurs will be tested at this event, which celebrates the theme of “Nature.”



Chocolate Dessert Competition

Pastry enthusiasts will compete to create the tastiest dessert from chocolate.



Choco Demo

Twenty of the country’s top pastry chefs will host a series of demonstrations and live workshops at the Choco Demo, providing visitors with useful tips on how to create delicious pastry items.



Salon du Chocolat Junior

A special area offering hands-on activities for children will be available. Leading pastry chefs will also host sessions for kids to experiment with sweets.
