The 5th Asia Metal Building Expo 2026

The global construction industry is currently undergoing a profound transformation centered on sustainable development and digital technology revolution. Asia, particularly China, stands as the region with the most active construction activity, the largest market scale, and the highest concentration of innovative applications. Developing green buildings and promoting prefabricated construction have become key national strategic priorities. Against this backdrop, the metal building system—centered on steel structures, metal cladding systems, and smart construction—is rapidly expanding beyond traditional industrial buildings into residential, public, and large-scale infrastructure sectors. Leveraging its inherent advantages of light weight, rapid construction, superior quality, and excellent lifecycle benefits, this system is emerging as a key driver of the global construction industry's green transition.

The 5th Asia Metal Building Expo will undergo a comprehensive upgrade, deeply focusing on cutting-edge directions such as building industrialization, smart manufacturing, low-carbon envelope systems, and building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). It will comprehensively showcase innovation achievements across the entire industrial chain—from design concepts and structural systems to innovative materials and smart manufacturing equipment. This expo will gather leaders from domestic and international industry associations/academic societies, university research institutes, industry experts, owners, investors, design institutes, general contractors, construction companies, material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, distributors, international traders, and industry media. Together, we will accelerate the global metal construction industry toward high-quality, sustainable development.

Using steel as our pen and intelligence as our ink, we will jointly paint the magnificent blueprint for the next generation of the metal construction industry.

Exhibition Highlights:

Align with National Strategic Initiatives and Secure a Leading Position in Industrial Policy: Backed by national-level industry associations, the event closely follows top-level national planning and fully integrates into the development blueprint of “Green Construction” and the “Dual Carbon Strategy.” It interprets policy trends, releases authoritative industry reports, and provides enterprises with decision-making insights to navigate macro-level directions and strategically position themselves in the market, enabling them to seize new opportunities arising from national development strategies.

Gathering Industry Elites Across the Entire Supply Chain to Unleash Powerful Influence: As the industry's premier annual event, the platform attracts a complete ecosystem spanning real estate developers, EPC contractors, planning institutes, architectural firms, material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and research institutions. Here, you can engage face-to-face with decision-makers, build trust, forge collaborations, and deeply integrate into Asia's core commercial network for metal construction.

Showcasing cutting-edge structural systems to empower the entire building lifecycle: Comprehensive coverage spanning building materials and components, integrated building solutions, digital design BIM, smart operations & maintenance, and green certification. This exhibition highlights pioneering solutions across five dimensions—span, height, speed, intelligence, and sustainability—demonstrating the technological pathways to future architectural innovation.

Fuse forward-thinking design strengths to pioneer architectural form innovation: Specialized forums on structural design, roofing/cladding, urban renewal, and intelligent design showcase solutions from global top-tier design institutes and firms like Gensler, SOM, Foster + Partners, and East China Architectural Design & Research Institute. Engage directly with these cutting-edge designs to drive product R&D and seize the initiative in defining aesthetics and technology.

Expand diverse application scenarios to unlock market growth potential: Through extensive real-world project case studies, vividly demonstrate the exceptional application of metal architecture across various scenarios—including large-scale stadiums, transportation hubs, convention and exhibition centers, cultural landmarks, modern industrial plants, warehousing and logistics facilities, and commercial complexes—providing intuitive references and inspiration for potential clients.

Building international trade bridges to accelerate brand globalization: Organizing the “Middle East/Southeast Asia Market Matchmaking Session” invites local government agencies and corporate representatives to interpret regional market access regulations and project opportunities. This facilitates connections for outstanding domestic enterprises with the Belt and Road Initiative and global markets, while also serving as an ideal springboard for international brands entering Asia's booming markets.

Four interconnected exhibitions form an industrial super-ecosystem: The event integrates with the concurrent “Super Transportation Hub Expo,” “Yangtze River Delta Smart Construction & Green Low-Carbon Expo,” and “World Concrete Asia Expo” to achieve cross-exhibition visitor flow and integrated exhibition zones. This provides owners, designers, and general contractors of mega-projects—including residential buildings, commercial structures, schools, hospitals, urban TODs, airports, high-speed rail stations, and ports—with a comprehensive supply chain resource spanning “from skeleton to body.” It enables efficient cross-industry, cross-category comparison and integrated procurement.
