The fourth Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Kiev will take place on October 12, 2017.
Over the years, Smile-Expo, the event organizer, has been holding Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference events all over the world: in Prague, Tallinn, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Almaty and not only!
Blockchain development in Ukraine is one of the key areas of state policy on implementing digital services. The country has already established the State Agency on Electronic Governance of Ukraine, recently signing a cooperation agreement with BitFury Group. It is expected that the blockchain technology will be integrated into СЕТАМ confiscated property selling system.
The country has other blockchain-based services: e-Auction (decentralized system for public property sale trading), e-Vox (electronic voting blockchain service) and Kuna (active cryptocurrency exchange).
A variety of blockchain projects will be discussed at Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Kiev that will bring together Ukrainian and international experts, developers, investors and blockchain startup founders.
This year, the conference will be divided into three sections:
1. Finances, business, legislation: blockchain application in Fintech, GovTech, businesses and social projects. Cryptocurrency legislative regulation in Ukraine and other countries.
2. Development: well-known developers will discuss smart contract implementation, review technical issues and reveal a common mistakes and vulnerabilities.
3. ICO, best practices: success stories from ICO investors and initiators of successful crowdsales. The audience will find out how to select a project for investment as well as will discover the ICO legal status and risks that both parties should take into account. Only personal experience and professional tips.
The event will also include the exhibition of cryptocurrency software and hardware. The platform will present mining equipment, cryptocurrency wallets, trading and crowdfunding platforms and other blockchain-based services.
It is suggested that the event will be attended by 1000 attendees from Ukraine, the CIS countries, Europe and the USA.

12 октября 2017 года состоится четвертая Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Kiev. Мероприятие обещает стать еще масштабнее, чем конференции прошлых лет, не только по числу участников, но и по количеству обсуждаемых тем.
Организатор события – компания Smile-Expo – уже не первый год проводит мероприятия из цикла Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference по всему миру: в Праге, Таллине, Москве, Санкт-Петербурге, Стокгольме и Алматы.
Развитие блокчейна в Украине – одно из основных направлений государственной политики по внедрению цифровых услуг. В стране сформировано Государственное агентство по вопросам электронного правительства, которое недавно подписало договор о сотрудничестве с BitFury Group. Ожидается, что блокчейн-технология будет интегрирована в систему продажи конфискованного имущества СЕТАМ.
В стране созданы и другие сервисы на основе блоковой цепи – это децентрализованная система торгов по продаже государственного имущества e-Auction, блокчейн-сервис электронного голосования e-Vox, а также действующая криптовалютная биржа Kuna.

В этом году конференция будет разделена на три потока:
1. Финансы, бизнес, законодательство: применение блокчейна в Fintech, GovTech, бизнесе и социальных проектах. Законодательное регулирование криптовалют в Украине и других странах.
2. Разработка: известные девелоперы обсудят реализацию смарт-контрактов, разберут технические вопросы и расскажут о типичных ошибках и уязвимостях.
3. ICO, практический опыт: истории успеха инвесторов, вложивших средства в ICO, и инициаторов успешных краудсейлов. Слушатели потока узнают, как выбрать проект для инвестирования, правовой статус ICO, а также какие риски следует учитывать каждой из сторон. Только личный опыт и компетентные советы.
В рамках мероприятия также состоится выставка ПО и оборудования для криптоиндустрии. На площадке будут представлены оборудование для майнинга, криптовалютные кошельки, платформы для трейдинга и краудфандинга и другие сервисы на базе блокчейна.
Всего ожидается более 1000 посетителей из Украины, стран СНГ, Европы и США.
