The World Green Economy Summit (WGES) is one of the leading global forums on the green economy, bringing together world-class experts from around the world to directly focus on advancing the global green economy and sustainability agenda.

The event brings together governmental decision makers, international business leaders and world-renowned experts to discuss policies and roadmaps that can advance progress and promote investment.

The issues that WGES covers have never been more important. Global attention – and action – is on the increase, driven in part by the 2030 target for delivering the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. The event’s plenary sessions and Green Talk speeches therefore feature some of the world’s most prominent experts and politicians, and attract a high-level, informed audience.

WGES goes beyond debate and dialogue, however, with a wide-ranging agenda that focuses on proactively galvanising action among industry stakeholders, encouraging partnerships and green investments, and showcasing innovative solutions to deliver change.
