Dear Colleagues!

The Organizing Committee invites you to take part in the Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Meningococcal Infection - Underestimated Problems. Other bacterial and viral lesions of the nervous system ”, which will take place on February 15-16, 2022. at the hotel "Saint Petersburg" (Pirogovskaya nab., 5/2).

The conference will report on the results of the study of meningococcal infection by specialists from leading medical institutions in Russia, summarize the experience of diagnostics, prevention and treatment of diseases caused by meningococcus, and also suggest approaches to solving the problems facing healthcare. Separate sessions will be devoted to other bacterial and viral lesions of the nervous system.

The format of the Conference * will be determined depending on the epidemic situation of the new coronavirus infection: online broadcast in real time or a hybrid format with a limited number of face-to-face participants and online broadcast.

* The organizer reserves the right to change the format of the event, depending on the epidemic situation and orders of the executive authorities.

It is planned to submit the conference application for consideration by the Coordinating Council for the Development of Continuous Medical and Pharmaceutical Education (CME) of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

January 10 - notification from the organizing committee about the acceptance of the report

January 15 - deadline for abstracts

January 20 - deadline for accepting posters
