The salon culinaire is a visual extravaganza of culinary showcases and practical cookery demonstrations and world class culinary competitions covering - exciting ice carvings; intricately decorated buffet platters; spectacular pastry and chocolate creations; picture-perfect platters of all manner of edible delights.
