Asia Ink Expo 2024 - AIE 2024

With the implementation of various environmental policies and consumer’s height-ening environmental awareness, eco-friendly printing inks have become the focus of research in the printing industry of many countries. Water-based inks have been brought into the spotlight due to their low proportion of organic solvents which can reduce the emission of VOCs.

Currently, the printing market is undergoing profound changes due to various fac-tors, which makes packaging and labels increasingly important. In terms of printing technology, water-based inks have been widely used in gravure printing, flexographic printing and digital printing. With the widening use of new printing machines and the shift towards on-demand printing, water-based inks will see exponential growth in packaging. In the next five years, water-based ink will take center stage in the ink indus-try.

Jointly organized by Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group and Zhongshan Packaging and Printing Industry Association, the 2024 Asia Ink Expo (AIE) will be held from May 20th to 22nd at Guangzhou Aerotropolis Expo Center. The show will be divided into eight exhibition areas, covering inks, water-based inks, raw materi-als, ink equipment, water-based ink printing equipment, related technologies and ser-vices, printing supplies, and there will be a full-color water-based ink speed printing live demonstration. It is going to provide global buyers with a one-stop platform for product display, business cooperation, technological exchange and networking.

Themed on Green Ink, Colorful World, a series of live activities will be held, such as the Asia Ink Industry Technology Exchange Conference, Water-Based Ink Industry Forum, etc.to help further the development of water-based ink.
