Мастер-класс «Диагностика сотрудников, как часть построения культуры безопасности» - мероприятие, посвященное вопросу оценки производственного персонала.
Мероприятие продлится весь день и будет состоять из двух частей:
- Работа в мини-группах для того, чтобы понять все нюансы построения оценочного инструмента для своих сотрудников.
- Международный эксперт в области культуры безопасности Хавьер Норберто Ортиз расскажет о своём опыте внедрения и развития культуры безопасности на крупных международных производствах. Один из успешных кейсов Хавьера - работа в рамках компании «Danon», где есть очевидные, в том числе финансовые результаты работы Хавьера и коллег.
По результатам мастер-класса каждый участник получит комплексное представление о том, как применять диагностику в рамках своей компании и отчет с наработками групп.
